![]() So not my fault for misunderstanding 'UV BURST' for a UVBAR. ![]() Originally posted by NativeOne:i don't use uv-flash (weak azz ♥♥♥♥), no matter how it's upgraded. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered Volatiles who laugh at your UV Light then pounce on you. ![]() The UV-immune Volatiles aren't a huge issue since I'm not after Combat experience or unique trophies, but those are both nice bonuses. Finally back to playing and I get locked out of fast travel (annoyance, but not game-breaking) and encounter Volatiles who are immune to the UV Light tool. Then I found out Techland was thinking about it. Stopped playing sometime in March 'cause I found out NG+ wasn't a thing and wasn't planned. It's even more fun since my UV Flash feature doesn't work anymore after one of the updates. But once in a while one of 'em just doesn't give a s**t and continues its pounce animation, which results in a one-shot since Techland decided to add the QTE (epic fail to begin with) for a Volatile pounce, but not have there be enough time to complete it and have no way to get out from under the Volatile since you're locked out of doing ANYTHING except dying. Most of the time while I'm farming trophies for upgrades, I'll hit a Volatile (Chase 3+) with a UV burst and it'll shy away.
